It is done.
While it doesn't look like much: that's a 6" raised patch measuring 120' long and 40' wide for the 6 plants next year. As I was already digging and shoveling, I went ahead and created 100 square foot raised beds for all 6 plants too. Much digging, shoveling, leveling, tilling, and compost went into it....I don't own a tractor. The dirt came out of 'pond' I had dug for drainage at the far end of patch in picture. This should give me a great draining patch next year!!! I HOPE.
Well, onto the winter project pumpkins!!!
