Well, we got her back home and my friend Jeff and his family came over for a carving party. I think he did a great job. The 1203 was mostly 7" thick but had up to 10" thick areas. The thinnest spot was on a dill ring between the left eye and nose and was 3.5". It was 32 days since it was picked and still solid despite some 80 degree weather we've had mixed in recently.
I have always wanted to unload something by tying it to a tree and driving off.
