When i opened it up last week, I had more seeds than I've ever had in the past in the 1379 (1985 Miller x 1789 Wallace). I read over the winter that a certain amount of pollen is needed to form one seed. I went crazy with the males this year, and pollinated with all that were open.
At least 7-8 males were piled up in the garden smoking cigarettes after the female blossom was pollinated.
Maybe it worked. 640 good grade seeds.
