Almost six inches of Rain over the holiday weekend, 5.8 to be exact. That has put a lot of stress on the remaining pumpkins. Hopefully they can hold on. I don't normally shut off the drip tape but it has not run since last Thursday. Thankfully we have gotten periods of sun and some wind yesterday to help dry things out. Been dealing with some rot and fungus but managing. Over the weekend I lifted and moved the remaining three pumpkins back from the vine to reduce the vine stress, so all 5 have been moved now. Looks as though we have a few good growing days left and then our temps will fall off which will slow everything down big time.
