I have the melon covered up with a nice warm quilt tonight. I have never done this before in August and there was twice I should have covered this melon in July. All in all it has been a very cool summer for us. But the humidity has been tremendous here in the Tennessee Valley. I am thinking we will have a very early Fall this year.
