The hopeful keeper on the 2009 Wallace is at 7.5" on day 6 and not growing anywhere near as fast as the first one did. I think that is partially because of the cool rainy weather and partially because of the first pollination sucking up all the juice. I still want to use this one but I need to make sure it keeps growing for another week or so before i cut off the first one.
