80 seeds harvested, a bit late to be harvesting seeds but I figured I'd give them a shot anyways.
1076 Dixon dmg (1421.5 Stelts x 1789 Wallace)
Interestingly, the 1789 Wallace grew Dave Chan his 1043 Chan. Not only was it Dave's first over 1000 lbs, to my knowledge they are the only 2 pumpkins ever grown over 1000 lbs, the same year, in the lower mainland of Vancouver!! Go figure!!
I was very lucky that Dave had all 3 of his plants in full bloom early in the year or pollination would have been an issue for me...thanks again Dave and Janet for opening your pumpkin patch to the guy from the North Shore!!
I think this is a nice cross and I might have to grow it one year.
