Well now that the season is over and winter will soon be here, I have decided to do a diary.... better late than never I guess. I will try to be as accurate as I can with the dates and information, but things may be off a day or two, maybe a week. I will be going off my memory which is pretty darn good when it comes to plants, when it comes to groceries it just goes in one ear and out the other. (just ask my wife) Anyways what you are seeing in this picture is what it looked like in my patch before the AG's went in. I sowed winter rye on April 1st and treated the seed with Hollands soluble mycorrhizae. I tilled up the centers and let the rest of the rye remain until the end of May.
