Joining the mustard bandwagon. Did you know that Canada is the world's largest exporter of mustard seed but has few manufacturing facilities, which are mostly U.S. based. The Canadian prairies are ideal for growing mustard.
Anyways, the local bulk barn has come to my rescue again and I thought I got a pretty good deal @ roughly 2.50 a pound ,but I bet this stuff less by the sack.I put some in a wet paper towel and 24 hours it was sprouted. I am thankful I was able to buy this locally. You should see some of the crazy prices for mustard seed on the internet. Too bad this site wasn't more interactive as I'd be interested in how much others are paying for mustard seed.
