The color of the kraut.Pretty eh? Now this was a few days ago and I have been sneaking some spoonfuls of the fresh cabbage as it ferments, but this morning,some of the very top layer has changed color and is all a rather grey color,so it's hard to say if the whole batch will turn color as it ages. Probably. Maybe I'll freeze it.
