I found this kind of interesting. The darker color seed is the 1421 Stelts x 220 DeBacco that came from my 1220 pound pumpkin. The lighter color seed came from the same 1421 plant. I did a late season pollination on the plant after my 1220 split and the pollinator was the cutting/clone from the 1725 Harp that grew Ron Wallace's world record pumpkin. Even though the pollinators are pretty much kissing cousins the seed are already showing genetic differences. Seeds from the 1220 Johnson and 119 Johnson will be available the beginning of November.
