Here is a picture of me son Cole with his 1231 C. Steil 2013 grown on the 1450 Steil 2013. This was a personal best for Cole by over 200 pounds. Last year he weighed a 1027 at Anamosa and this year his personal best was good enough for Second Place and a ride on the float. Cole always takes his biggest pumpkin to Iowa because he was born there and it is important to him. Needless to say, he is still very excited about getting to ride in the parade. As a dad, I couldn't be more excited for him. He works very hard on his plants throughout the year and this was a very nice reward for him.
