Sometimes in life you wish for something to happen. Then out of the ordinary something happens that you least expected to happen. Today I went to the Oswego Giant Pumpkin Festival. I won first place for the largest squash. Weighing 874.5 pounds. I won first place two weeks ago in Cooperstown Giant Pumpkin Weigh Off, weighing at 755.5 pounds. I never dreamed of winning first place twice for a squash back to back at two different weigh off's.
