Made the local newspaper and they were extremely complimentary and accurate as well. There was no editing in there that could make me sound like a tool.

Only error was that they had the world record (according to Guiness) down as 1818 lbs)
The 1770 has been cut from the vine and will be travelling to London tomorrow. If I left it I am sure it would have taped 930 lbs. We'll see if it goes heavy on monday and then I'll do calculations to see if it would have made 1000 lbs or not. If I left it I am sure the growing crack under the blossom would have opened up.
