The Fridge 60 DAP 309.5 OTT for 650 Lbs. Thats a whopping 3.3 lbs per day for the last 10 days. 17 days to get 50 lbs. If I can keep up the 3.3 Lbs/day average I will get there but we all know that that is gonna slow down more so I'm gonna need to go heavy to the chart to meet my 700 Lb. goal.
