The 1421.5 x 1789 fruit continues to pack on a few lbs each day, we've got 8 or 10 days of nice sunny warm weather days coming, after that we will put up the tarp and wait for October 11th which should be harvest day.
Last year our 1037 Dixon was still doing 5 lbs a day when we harvested, Chad got me by 7 lbs at the weighoff and I am still crying about it a little bit...This year the pumpkin is pollinated about a week to 10 days ahead of schedule so I am hoping that will help.
Day 75 today and still doing 12-14 lbs per day.
Still looks like a pumpkin from this angle...
