Last year, I gave a few sunflower seeds to my " beau p�re" and convinced him to have a go. I told him that's very simple, just add water and urtica liquid regularly.
Result : New French record 4.82m ! (previous one was 4.65m back in 1997)
Congratulations Gilbert !
(but don't ask me pumpkin seeds LOL)
