This is the 1248 Platte. I had pretty much given up on this plant and for whatever reason it had decided to kick in. The pumpkin was pollinated on 7/11 with a flower from the 866 Vandrey. This plant has yet to produce a male flower. I see where there are a couple coming on. I've got a funny feeling about this plant and think it's going to surprise me.
