Since Spring here in Central New York we have had nothing but rain and cold weather. The month of June set a county record for rain fallOn Monday, Governor Andrew Cuomo formally requested that President Obama issue a disaster declaration for New York State following the major flooding last week.
The Governor has already declared a State Disaster Emergency that includes the local counties Oneida, Herkimer, Otsego and Madison.
