Mitchell State Park and hiked part of the Deep Gap/ Mountain Crest Trail which begins just below the summit of Mt. Mitchell. The Hike included hiking the summits of Mt. Craig ( 6645 ft ), Big Tom ( 6562 Ft ), Balsam Cone ( 6611 Ft ), Cattail Peak ( 6583 ft )
