well this year has already had its challenges. early on I decided to only do FP this year. I have a couple Scherber128s in the ground. very impressive seeds, up and out of the soil in 3 days.
Now the challenges. 1. weather 2. aphids 3. rabbits
the new farm has 200 acres and not many wind breaks. the wind killed 80% of the first plants put out. now the rabbits are trimming the smaller plants. they are surviving but growing like bushes.Luckily they have left alone the large FP. just mainly the pie and Summit/Apogee.
