I went to another high pressured small public lake today.
Intense feeling, I fished that same lake 20 years ago !
There're a LOT of regular carp anglers weeks after weeks from april to november, carp are very spooky and extremely difficult to catch. My new target was to catch a proper carp after a 20 years long break but the main problem is the department has restocked the water with many small carp... So the proper resident carp are even harder to catch since the new ones eat everything... I arrived at the lake late in the morning, there were already 3 carp anglers.
