First squash to hit the pan this year and this one is called Honey Bear. Plant grows to a compact bush just like a courgette plant. Sauteed 1cm think slices in olive oil for 5 mins each side with a touch of salt. Tastes good but the benchmark (Bonbon F1) I am comparing them to is high. Would grow again and 1 can easily be finished off by 1 person. Just had mine for breakfast.
