Happy Happy this morning....Just opened up my email and found out that I will be competing in a hot dog cooking conest at our State Fair...wahoooo...What a year.. :) Tina
The Carolina Dirty Dog..
This Carolina Dirty Dog is an all-beef hotdog that has been flame kissed by the grill then topped with chili con carne, diced sweet onions, grated sharp cheddar cheese, and homemade Carolina Coleslaw. The dirty dog part in the name comes from the fact that the hot dog is so loaded down with toppings that you just might need a fork to eat this one or you will get a bit dirty if you don’t.
