This is freaking crazy. 9.38 inches of rain for us in just three weeks and we still have a week to go till the end of this month. Now there is Isaac out there which will bring us prob another couple of inches next week....If something major dosent happen next week then someone has to really be looking out for us...Gonna do alot of praying...
