Bad news, the varmint was back this afternoon and dug out the hole under the Williams. I shoved a smoke bomb down the hole waited 5 minutes and cover the hole again.
We also told the neighbor, who has a clear view of the patch and the rest of the lower part of our property, to shoot first and take no prisoners.
Shot heard at 7:15 tonight... the result was one less woodchuck. It only cost us a beer! But is there more where that one came from?
