Casting long distance for fishing or tournament for many years now. This's a shot of my best ever overhead cast with a 3,5oz lead, a 3,5lb carp rod and a fixed pool reel : 219 Yards. In 2006 and 2007, I win the Korda world championship Spodding and Throwing stick competitions in England.
