The melons are in the dirt.... well at least 5 of them are in the hope house. 291 Kent, 282 Dawson, 255 Mitchell, 239 Lenard, and the 260.5. Five more will live outside and will hit the dirt this week. However, I'm a little nervous I had 5 deer in the patch yesterday morning. Might need to get damage permits. The neighbor saw over 20 in the corn field and they did a lot of damage to it last year.
