The 1704 I initially started is a fighter. As mentioned in my last post, the tap root never developed because the point where it should have been went soft and eventually started to grow mold. I took my fingernail and scratched of the area where the mold had started to develop and continued to keep it warm to see what would happen since it was starting to make a crown above where the tap root should have been. Another day went by and now it is turning into a club root. Two small roots have started to develop so I put it in a pot. Today it is starting to break ground.
Meanwhile Jim started his 1704 and it germinated normally and should be breaking ground tomorrow.
