I thought it was wetter than normal around here and It looks like I was right. Seattle is nearly 5" above normal for YTD rainfall. We haven't had this much rain since 1996. I am in the rain shaddow of the olympic Mountains so we typically get about half the rainfall of Seattle but we are still getting enough that my back lawn is a solid carpet of moss.
