Not very often are we wearing shorts and a t-shirt on March 17th in north central PA. Seth has more green on than you see my patch. You should usually see a thick cover crop of winter wheat at this time. Last year's record rainfall in September and October, led to a flood and a saturated patch. My cover crop broadcast was kind of a disaster.
