some pics of the stump.
in this one the separation at the base is getting bigger but has healed.
towards the top the stump is still changing and splitting up,
there was alot of rot in there but is healing nice. the vines that join into the stump are all still connected, but it does look messy and there a holes that a stick can pass through.
what is interesting when looking very closely "into the innards of the stump" you can see heavy corded like structures which im guessing is the core fluid transfer pipes. all nice and dry with the rotted parts falling off like dust.
