20 oz cup. Suggest 12 oz cup or 3" pot (round or square).
It is a container to keep the humidity up around your just stuck (clonex'ed) cutting. Lift the top part once or twice a day for a moment to allow air exchange.
If you are doing softwood or hardwood cuttings, cloning tomatoes, etc, these are great. Make sure your pot inside has drainage, and don't leave it sit in water inside this.
