1059 Vincent-McGill. She is 74 DAP today and when I uncovered her this morning I noticed the sand on her base was pushed around. Unfortunately a mouse had burrowed into the sand and chewed a bit on her. The tunnel in the sand went quite deep under the pumpkin. So this afternoon I decided to lift her up and take a quick peak. Fortunately the mouse wasn't real hungry or I interrupted it soon enough. We decided to sit it back down on a padded pallet with mill fabric on top of it. Seems like every time I cover a pumpkin when it is cold I get critter issues.
