There were many puddles in the patch this week, lasting for days. 7 inches of rain from Monday to Thursday with at least 1.4 inches each day. The excess water is slowly draining away but more storms are possible over the weekend. At least a dozen old leaves are rotting daily on each plant. It will be a battle to keep Sandy in one piece for 5 more weeks.
