Rosie's Day 51 was yesterday, and she is still growing slowly. Circumference of 145.5 inches, OTT of 335.5 inches. Estimated weight of 793 lbs. The blossom end split area still looks good from what I can see, but Rosie has now developed some rot where the stem and vine meet. Cleaned it out this morning, and I need to do some serious pruning to the plant later today. I don't know if it will have any effect on Rosie's gains or not, but the plant has been putting a lot of energy into new vines and foliage lately. It is worth a shot to see if she can get any bigger.
