This, my friends, is a picture of the fickle finger of fate. Rosie has split at the blossom end right through to the cavity. She was obviously not very thick there which I hear is usually a genetic thing. I don't believe any nutrient problems caused this, I just got a soil test back and everything is pretty good. Had all super-thick blossom ends last year, this is my first ever split like this.
