Starting to fall behind on the updates! Here is Rosie on day 33, Monday. 126.5 inch circumference, total OTT of 296 inches. Estimated weight 550 lbs., a 73 lb. gain in the last 3 days. The plant's stump was starting to rot from the foaming area that never stopped leaking water, so I cut it off along with the first 3 secondary vines on Monday. It was obviously starting to slow the pumpkin down from the decrease in weight gain, and I'm sure I got all of the rot cut off, so now hopefully the plant will grow more roots to compensate and the pumpkin will keep going!
