I found more ickyness beginning on another vine. I dont think I'll let anymore vine run out onto the grass. Im fairly certain thats what caused the problem. Grass holding water caused rot. If Im wrong someone PLEASE correct me. This spot wasnt too bad so I scraped it, sprayed it with bleach and hit it with sulfur. No more growing on grass for me, when the patch ends so does the vine! My hubby will be happy about that.
