See there is a reason to get up at 4:30 and get the vines buried and male flowers harvested for your wife to pollinate at 7:45....so you can go back out and try that spot with your son and his brother in law...Nick had to work so we had to fish quickly.. here is what I cleaned after a couple hours goofing around on the water...started at 6 and done at 8......still catching but Nick needed to head to work...5 to big to keep leagally..biggest being 22.5" and 4 or 5 shorties (less then 15") all these in the slot and most were right in the 19 to 19.5" range... All caught in an area Nick was scoping out for some bass...throwing a chartruse spinnerbait in 3 foor of water over a flooded island.....Man they were aggressive..
