Dug out manure that had not composted to my satisfaction and leveled off area and then installed my heating cables. I'm putting plants right beside each other this year. Our area is very wet so this is the only area that got attention today. No tilling this year as I'm using a broadfork to loosen the soil to a depth of 10". More work but I hope it will work out in the end.
