Soaked and potted seeds for attempt at early fair pumpkin today. I am trying to germ 2 678 Young 2008 seeds (919 Richards x 772 Poirier)which is the pumpkin in the picture. I have also started a 695 Young 2008 (588 Young x 670 Daigle)as a back up in case the thin 678's don't germ. Onions were planted in mid Dec. and are doing better than last year and giant tomatoes are coming along nicely as well.
