Trout season starts Saturday. My " fish-in-hole". I stopped at my friend's bait business and found a source of dead minnows and crayfish.
I brought a bucket home tonight and buried them my composted mushroom mulch pile. I will use the fish when things dry out.
I should get another bucket tomorrow, the fish truck was delivering this afternoon and possibly so "worm dirt".
I hope the raccoons or bear do not dig them up tonight.
