Cold Frames have been in the patch for a couple of weeks. Ground is 5 degrees warmer 6 inches down than ground outside of the cold frame. The inside is also a little drier (shedding the huge amount of rain we get every spring). The vent openers are working well. Temps inside are staying below 85 even during sunny days. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 80s, so will see how they do then.
