My onions are looking absolutely fantastic at the moment, so here’s a photo now while they look so good. That said I still have seven months to go but I’ve done a huge amount of research and work and enjoyed every bit of it. What I would say is that there are a lot of big improvements I could already make and I’m only four months in. I think the CO2 is even more important than I originally thought as five of my onions that are closest to the burner are (like last year) bigger and stronger than the rest. So many ideas just got to push the boundary.
