Well I am really jumping the gun here since we haven't even closed on the new house and are getting the inspection this Saturday, but I'm stopping by there after work to take some soil samples to send to A&L.
The current owners have already moved out and we are set to close the 10th, so if something falls through I'll be out $33, but it is worth it to me so I can start ammending immediately once we move in.
