Here you can see me and this year's Giant Amaranthus Australis, grown around a scaffold. The scaffold works both as a support for the plants and as stairs for me to climb up when controlling the top shots. The amaranths seem to have stopped growing now, and I will measure the tallest of them, in company of two witnesses. In the picture you can see me rigging a bar which is used in order to measure the height.
