I found a very soft stump and mushy main vine on the 1689 Jutras that I am planning to take to Altoona. It was right next to the pumpkin. Its amazing what you can find amongst the weeds. I opted to cut the pumpkin from the vine and let it sit until we can load it. Its only in the 600 pound plus range but I am growing it for the seeds as it is crossed with the 1725 Harp. If I see any signs of rot the knife is going to her.
