What do you do with an extra 90 pound water melon ?
Make wine !
This is my first attempt at water melon wine. We got 3 gallon of juice out of it, perfect for my 3 gallon carboy (glass jug for wine making). If it turns out good, I will post the recipe in the recipe section next year.
