Here the prele (equisetum).
Prele prevents insects like leek worms and spidermites, boost the growth and prevent many diseases.

Decoction ( boil for 1h) of 250g of dry leaves in 10l of rainwater. Filter and dilute at 20% to prevent many diseases and spidermites/the leek worms.
Add black soap as a natural wetting agent.
Prele contains also 10% of silice, calcium and potassium.
I strongly think prele and others natural plants like orties (urtica dioica), consoude etc... help my pumpkin plants and all others vegts to stay green and heathly up to late october.
There are many many others great plants available in the countryside like Garlic, rhubarb, pyrethre, onion, rumex, melisse, lavande etc... Free of charge and just great for the planet.
